Welcome to the FAQ page: here I have collected some of the frequently asked questions that my customers ask me and their answers but for any other curiosity do not hesitate to contact me directly.
In what year did you start your business?
I have been shooting since I was a child but formally I started my business as a photographer in 2012.
What services do you offer?
I offer various types of photographic services with the possibility of photo editing, printing and digital delivery.
What photographic style and what kind of technology do you use most?
I prefer the reportage style but I often try to deepen and acquire the new techniques of digital photography while always maintaining a natural style. I only use digital technology and my equipment is always on the cutting edge: my cameras and accessories are always up to date so that I can give my customers the best image quality available.
What feature would you highlight about your business?
What distinguishes me is my ability to tell an important event such as, for example, the wedding, leaving the spouses the freedom to enjoy their special day, trying to capture the salient moments and the most exciting details in a completely discreet and without particular obligations.
What does the wedding service include? Do you also take care of video and printing?
Normally the standard service includes photos throughout the wedding day, from the preparation of the bride and groom to the ceremony and reception, until late in the evening, with digital photo delivery.
I am also available for alternative solutions, such as reduced-time formulas or to create "engagement" shots, a few days before the fateful day, or even better for a nice "trash the dress" in the following days.
Other types of services such as video or the printing of any albums are to be agreed according to the wishes and needs of the spouses.
Do you work alone or in a group? Are you counting on someone who can replace you in case of need?
I usually work alone but I can also resort to the help of a second photographer, if the spouses explicitly request it, in order to enrich the story of their special day. If the video service is also required, I can avail myself of the collaboration of some valid and trusted colleagues to provide the requested services.
In case of unforeseen circumstances and / or necessities (objective causes of force majeure) it will be my care to find a substitute colleague for the shots and I will personally take care, where possible, of the post-production of the photos and their artistic packaging.
Do you work for more than one wedding or event per day?
No, I don't think you can give your best by dividing the workload on several events at the same time.
Starting from the day of the ceremony, how long do you have to wait before the photo shoot is ready?
Normally I undertake to deliver the photos digitally within 3 months from the date of the wedding; for printing or any special requests, times may be longer.
Do you have the possibility to travel and what is the surcharge in case of travel?
By planning ahead, I could go anywhere in the world. Travel costs would be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If necessary, would you be available to work extra hours?
Normally my fee is for the whole event, so extra hours are also included.
We are not in Sicily at the moment, can we book the same?
Many of my clients live outside Sicily or even Italy but this has never been a problem because, nowadays, through modern messaging and video calling systems you can manage everything remotely.
